I offer health and habits coaching in three different stages depending on where you are in your journey to health and happiness.   

The Lifestyle Stage This stage is designed create the foundation for a healthier and happier life.


Who is it for?

You’re ready for change–for a way to better your life. You’re stressed, anxious, or depressed. Happiness in work, school, relationships, or health may seem out of reach. You’ve been sick or overweight and can’t seem to feel better or loose weight. You know that changes need to be made but you don’t know where to begin.

What does it entail?

We will work together to identify the factors in your life that are weighing you down or holding you back. We will determine your short, medium, and long term goals, identify a personalized accountability plan, and create a blueprint for implementing habits, mindset, and activities that will propel you towards those goals.

The Nutrition & Fitness Stage- This stage is designed to create a long-term health plan (not a diet, challenge, detox, or quick fix)


Who is it for?

You’re suffering with chronic pain or illness; you’re overweight or dealing with constant digestive issues. You’re tired of taking medications that simply cover symptoms. You’re working with a doctor, or multiple health practitioners to treat your conditions but you are still not finding relief. You feel like you’ve exhausted your options and you’re looking for a way to take your health or weight into your own hands. You’re ready to stop yo-yo dieting and commit to a healthy lifestyle through holistically healing your body from the inside out.

What does it entail?

We take a deep dive into your health history, analyze your current lifestyle, and create a personalized plan to enact lasting change in your health.  We develop a nutrition and fitness approach that fits your life and budget and identify a personalized accountability plan to keep you on track. I will help you understand the connection between what you eat, how you move, and your overall health so that you can empower yourself to commit to a lifestyle that will allow you live optimally.

The Tune Up- This stage is designed to fine-tune an existing healthy lifestyle with personalized changes to achieve optimal health and performance.


Who is it for?

You are already committed to eating well and exercising, but you may still be experiencing digestive issues or other symptoms. You may be unable to lose that last 10-15 pounds or your fitness gains have plateaued. You may be healthy in a few areas of your life, but not all and are curious about implementing a new nutrition program based in whole health that will support your individual needs.

What does it entail?

We will analyze your current nutrition and exercise routine, along with all other lifestyle components. We will determine  your goals, identify a personalized accountability plan and create a program to propel your health and fitness into the next level.
